«Juan Luis Londoño, better known as Maluma, is a well-known artist of the urban genre, who began his career in music at a very young age, standing out in different scenarios that today allow him to take his music to international stages and therefore, be nominated for awards in high musical categories.
Although Maluma has been considered one of the great exponents of reggaeton for several years now, the truth is that he has been a is that his life has not been rosy, as he has had to face mental health problems that he has revealed a few months ago, thanking God and, of course, his fans who have been there to support them.
A few days ago Londoño was part of the podcast ‘Las cosas como son’, this being his own space in which he will have several guests, in the middle of one of the clips shared Maluma said: “When I had that crisis so hijuep$t% when I was in aspen, I thought I was dying, the feeling of emptiness was such that I said to take me to the hospital, but I had nothing, it was clearly something psychological, anxiety. That day I could not sleep, the second day I was very scared because I had not been able to sleep, of course I spent the whole night awake, it was that head from one side to the other.
I had to resort to strong pills to be able to sleep that lasted about 10 days and now I am going to try to sleep in a natural way with homeopathic things, today is the day after months that I think and give importance to sleep and what a chimba».
In another of the clips, Maluma also confirmed that he used psilocybin, a substance that is present in certain types of mushrooms. The singer assured that, although he does not regret having tried it, he would have done it in a different way: “I do not regret the psilocybin trip, I think it was something great, nice if I would have preferred to do a couple of steps before, but everything happens in a perfect way”.
