Juni 2026, gab Definium Therapeutics positive vorl\u00e4ufige Ergebnisse seiner Phase-3-Studie zu LSD (DT120) bei schweren Depressionen (MDD) bekannt. Es handelt sich dabei um die ersten Phase-3-Ergebnisse des Unternehmens und von LSD.<br>Die Zahlen wurden an den M\u00e4rkten positiv aufgenommen, und die Aktien von Definium schossen nach Bekanntgabe der Nachricht in die H\u00f6he. Die Marktkapitalisierung des Unternehmens liegt nun bei \u00fcber 5,5 Milliarden Dollar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andererseits erhielt LSD im Jahr 2024 aufgrund seiner Wirksamkeit bei generalisierten Angstst\u00f6rungen bereits nach einer einzigen Dosis die Einstufung als \u00abinnovative Therapie\u00bb, nachdem Mindmed positive Ergebnisse f\u00fcr seine LSD-Formulierung (MM120) vorgelegt hatte.
